What is Freeze Words in QuillBot?

Freeze Words is a Premium feature that lets you prevent certain words or phrases from being paraphrased. This is useful when you want to keep specific terms, names, or keywords unchanged.

Note: Freeze Words is not available in every mode. If the mode you select does not support Freeze Words, the tool will be disabled.

While this feature is primarily part of the Premium plan, free users can still freeze one word as long as they are logged in to their QuillBot account.

Where is Freeze Words located?

The Freeze Words option is found in the lower left corner of the Paraphraser input section.

How to use Freeze Words

1. Click the Freeze Words icon to open the tool.
2. In the Freeze Words panel, type the words or phrases you do not want changed.
3. Separate multiple words or phrases with commas.
4. Click the arrow to add them to your frozen list.
5. Paraphrase your text. The words you froze will remain unchanged (in supported modes).

Important:

• Add your freeze words before you paraphrase.
• Symbols, special characters, and dashes are not supported.
