How to use the QuillBot Paraphraser

What is the Paraphraser?

The QuillBot Paraphraser is an AI-powered tool that rewrites your text in new ways while keeping the original meaning. It’s useful for improving clarity, avoiding repetition, and generating fresh versions of your writing.

Steps to use the Paraphraser

1. Open the Paraphraser
   Go to the QuillBot Paraphraser.
2. Enter your text
   • Type directly into the left-hand box or
   • Copy and paste your text into the box or
   • Upload a document (such as a DOCX or TXT file) to paraphrase.

3. Click “Paraphrase”
   • Select your preferred mode (Standard, Fluency, Formal, etc.).
   • Click the “Paraphrase” button at the bottom.
   • The AI will process your text.
4. View the results
   • The rewritten text appears in the right-hand box.
   • Different words or phrases will be highlighted to show changes.

5. Rephrase until you’re satisfied
   • Not happy with the first result? Click the “Rephrase” button to generate a new variation.
   • Repeat as many times as needed until you find the version that works best.

6. Save or export

Copy the text or use the Export option to download your paraphrased content.
