If you need your invoice to include details such as your company name, billing address, or other custom information, you can update your billing information directly from your Account page.
How to update your invoice details
- Go to your Account page by clicking your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website and selecting Account Details.
- Open the Your Plan tab.
- In the Billing Address section, click Add billing address.
- A window will appear where you can update your:
- Name or company name
- Billing address
- Additional invoice information
You can also add Invoice Notes (such as a purchase order number or memo) for your records.
Applying updates to past invoices
You can apply your updated billing information to all past invoices by checking the box in the update window.
Please note:
- Only billing information (name, address, etc.) can be updated on past invoices.
- Invoice Notes are not added to previous invoices automatically. They only apply to new invoices moving forward.
