How do I cancel auto-renewal if my subscription is paused?

If your subscription is currently paused, you won’t see the option to cancel auto-renewal right away. To disable renewal, you must resume your subscription first. Once resumed, you can cancel your auto-renewal normally.

Steps to cancel auto-renewal when your subscription is paused

1. Go to your Account page by clicking your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website and selecting Account Details.
   
2. Open the Your Plan tab.
3. Click Resume subscription.
   
4. After resuming, the option to Cancel subscription will appear.
   
5. Click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to disable auto-renewal.

Once auto-renewal is turned off, your subscription will remain active until the end of your updated billing period.
