My subscription is paused. How can I cancel the subscription?

If your subscription is paused and you want to cancel your auto-renewal, follow these steps. First, you need to resume your subscription. 

Go to your Account page. You can access this by clicking on the circle at the top right of our webpage with the first letter of your name and then clicking on the "Account Details" option.


Click on “Your Plan” and then “Resume subscription.”

Once you resume your subscription, you will see the option to “Cancel subscription.”
