I received the message "Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'defineProperty'"?

If you receive this message, please confirm that Microsoft Internet Explorer is not running in compatibility mode. You can check this by opening IE, clicking the settings gear in the top right corner, and opening "Compatability View settings". If it is running in compatibility mode, please turn this off.
