Does QuillBot have measures in place to prevent access to my sensitive information?

QuillBot does not access text in sensitive data fields, such as passwords or credit card numbers, and we only collect inputs when you’re actively using our service. Additionally, access to customer data is tightly restricted within our company and our service providers. We work to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing any of your data, and our employees can only do so when it’s necessary to their work. When we perform product research to improve our services, we remove any directly identifying personal data.
