QuillBot's 3-day money-back guarantee is an assurance we provide to customers that if they aren't satisfied with our product, find they don’t need it, or otherwise need to cancel their subscription (life happens!) we'll issue a full refund within 3 days of purchase as long as you're still otherwise eligible.

This guarantee is only valid for users who have never used it before; users who have previously received a refund are not eligible. This is to avoid any potential abuse.
