QuillBot offers a transparent money-back policy for users who subscribe to Premium but decide it isn’t the right fit.
Depending on your location, you may qualify for a refund within 3 days of purchase (most countries) or within 14 days of purchase if you’re located in Europe.
Refunds are available for eligible Premium purchases. Each user is eligible for only one refund. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds, unless required by law.
Eligibility Criteria
You’re eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is for a new premium purchase.
- Your refund request is made within the following timelines:
- 3 days of purchase (Rest of World)
- 14 days of purchase (European countries)
- The subscription was purchased directly from QuillBot.com (not from an app store or third-party platform).
- You have not previously received a refund on your QuillBot account.
(This does not apply to subscription renewals, which are not eligible for refunds.)
Not Eligible for Refunds
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- The request is for a subscription renewal, unless required by law.
- You have already received a refund on your QuillBot account in the past.
- The purchase was made through an app store or third-party seller.
- The subscription was purchased through a Team Plan.
What to Expect
- Once the subscription is canceled, your account will immediately revert to the free version.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refund arrival times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
