You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto renewal. You will continue to have Premium access through the end of your billing period. However, refunds are issued only if required by law and in accordance with Section 5 in our Terms of Service.
Note: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, contact Apple or Google to request a refund.
As a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase of your QuillBot subscription. Learn more about your right of withdrawal in Section X of our Terms of Service.
