How do I downgrade my subscription?

You can now downgrade your QuillBot Premium annual plan within 3 days of purchase using our new self-service option.

Steps to downgrade your plan

1. Click your profile icon (your initials) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website.
2. Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.
3. Open the Your Plan tab.
4. Click Cancel subscription.
5. Choose Switch plans and get a partial refund.
6. Select your preferred plan:
   • Monthly: billed every month.
   • Quarterly: billed every 3 months.
7. Once processed, the difference amount will be refunded to your bank account or PayPal within 7–10 business days.
    

Note: If auto-renewal is disabled, you’ll need to re-subscribe first. Then, go to Your Plan and follow the steps above to downgrade.
