How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel your QuillBot Premium subscription at any time. There are two ways to do this: through your Account page or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Cancel via your Account page

1. Go to your Account page by clicking your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website and selecting Account Details.
   
2. Click on the Your Plan tab.
   
3. Select Cancel subscription.

Option 2: Contact our support team

You can also cancel your subscription by visiting our Contact Support page and submitting a ticket.

Our support team will review your request and assist you further.

Refund policy reminder

You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto renewal. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, refunds are issued only if required by law.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, contact Apple or Google to request a refund.
