If you purchased QuillBot Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store but can’t access Premium features, the issue is usually related to logging in with the wrong account or restoring your purchase.
1. Make sure you're logged in with the correct account.
Log in using the same email, Apple ID, or Google account you used when subscribing.
Premium will not appear if you log in using a different method.
2. Restore your mobile purchase.
- Open the QuillBot app on your device.
- Go to Account.
- Open your Profile section.
- Tap Restore next to Restore your purchase.
This will sync your App Store or Google Play subscription with your QuillBot account.
