Refunds for mobile subscriptions are handled directly by the app stores, not by QuillBot. efund requests must be submitted through the platform where you made the purchase.

If you subscribed on an Android device
Google manages all billing and refunds for Android purchases. If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, please contact Google Support for refund assistance.
