First, make sure to log in to your QuillBot account using the same account information used to subscribe.
If you still can’t access Premium features, follow these steps:
- Open the QuillBot app on your device
- Go to “Account”
- Go to your profile section
- Tap "Restore" beside “Restore your purchase”
If you’re still having trouble, please contact us (https://help.quillbot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with your Apple email order ID/receipt or your Google Play order number.
