Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can manage auto-renewal in your device's settings. 

On an iPhone or iPad (iOS), go to: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > QuillBot.

On an Android device, open the Google Play Store and go to: Menu > Subscriptions > QuillBot.
