Can I cancel my subscription on mobile?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. 

On an iPhone or iPad (iOS), go to: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > QuillBot > Cancel Subscription.

On an Android device, open the Google Play Store and go to: Menu > Subscriptions > QuillBot > Cancel Subscription.
