Government agencies, law enforcement, courts, and other authorized legal representatives can submit content removal requests by emailing our Compliance team at gov.requests@learneo.com.
We handle a range of request types, including:
- Illegal or harmful content: content identified as illegal under applicable law or that poses a threat to public safety
- Unauthorized or confidential content: restricted materials or government documents shared without authorization
- Court orders or legal judgments: valid orders requiring content removal, which should be attached to your request
- Privacy or data protection violations: content that violates applicable regulations such as the unauthorized disclosure of personal information
If your request doesn't fall into one of the above categories, our Compliance team is still happy to review it. Please include the URL or location of the content, a description of why it should be removed, the legal basis for your request, and your name, agency or organization, and contact information.
