What content isn’t allowed on Learneo services?

Users may not upload, submit, or generate content that violates copyright, our policies, or applicable laws. This includes submitting or generating any copyrighted or proprietary content without permission from the rights holder.

When using our services, you agree to comply with our Copyright Policy and are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, submit, or generate is lawful and original, or that you have the necessary rights to use it. Copying or closely paraphrasing third-party content without authorization is not allowed.

Users are also prohibited from uploading, submitting, or generating inappropriate or illegal content, including terrorist content, child or youth sexual abuse material, and any content that violates our Community Guidelines.

By uploading, submitting, or using our tools to generate content, you represent that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use and host it on our services;
• Your uploading, submitting, or generating of content will not violate any laws, regulations, and/or  academic integrity policies, as applicable;
• Your uploading, submitting, or generating the  content complies with our Terms of Service,  Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and Honor Code (as applicable).

We will disable access to content if we are notified that it infringes on copyright in violation of our Copyright Policy or that it violates our Community Guidelines, and terminate accounts for repeat violations of these policies. For some behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, such as those that pose a real-world risk to others (e.g., risk to life or to minors) we reserve the right to contact or cooperate with the competent authorities to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being. We also reserve the right to terminate the user’s account immediately without notice.  

Any user who submits or synthetically generates illegal content on our service may also result in that user being directly liable under applicable law.
