I don’t have any other extensions installed, but QuillBot is still not working. What should I do?

If QuillBot isn’t working even though no other extensions are installed, try refreshing the page you’re on. In most cases, this will get the QuillBot Chrome extension working again.

If refreshing doesn’t help, please contact QuillBot support. It could be a temporary bug or a website that our team needs to review and add support for.
