Who can manage members with the Team Dashboard?

The Team Dashboard allows owners and admins to manage members on a QuillBot Team Plan. Each role has different permissions.

Roles and permissions

Owner

Each Team Plan can have only one owner.
The owner has full control over the account and subscription. Owners can:

• Manage all writers and admins
• Invite or remove members
• Change roles (writer ↔ admin)
• Purchase more seats for the Team Plan
• Update the payment method
• View billing history
• Download invoices
• Cancel the subscription
• Have full Premium access

Admin

Admins assist the owner in managing the team. Admins can:

• Manage writers on the team
• Invite or remove writers
• Change writer roles
• Have full Premium access

Admins cannot update billing, view invoices, purchase additional seats, or cancel the subscription. Those actions are available only to the owner.

How to access the Team Dashboard

1. Go to your Account page by clicking your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website and selecting Account Details.
   
2. Open the Your Plan section.
   
3. Click Team Dashboard.
   
4. Open the Writers tab to manage members.

From here, owners and admins can:

• Purchase seats (owner only)
• Invite writers
• Bulk invite writers
• Change roles
• Remove writers or admins (owner only)
