If you've purchased QuillBot Premium but aren’t seeing your Premium features, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Logged in with the wrong email
This is the most common cause.
If you have multiple email accounts, you may have accidentally logged in with one that doesn’t have Premium.
How to check:
- Search your inbox for a receipt from QuillBot.
- The email that received the receipt is the one associated with your Premium subscription.
- Log out and log back in using that same email.
If no receipt appears in that email’s inbox or archive, it’s likely not the account you used at checkout.
2. Payment failure
Sometimes a payment attempt doesn’t fully process due to:
- Card declines
- Insufficient funds
- Bank restrictions or automatic fraud filters
If the payment failed, Premium won’t activate.
Make sure you received a payment confirmation email from QuillBot.
Note: Banks may temporarily hold funds for failed transactions for 24–48 hours. This may appear like a charge, but it does not indicate a successful subscription.
3. Subscription expired
If you previously disabled auto-renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of the billing period.
Once it expires, Premium benefits are removed until you resubscribe.
