If you’ve purchased QuillBot Premium but aren’t seeing your Premium benefits, it’s often because you’re logged into the wrong account. This can happen if you use multiple email addresses or sign-in methods.
Why this happens
Many users accidentally purchase Premium under one email (for example, Google or Apple sign-in) but log in later with another. Since each email creates a separate QuillBot account, Premium access will only appear on the account where the purchase was made.
How to fix this
- Check your email inbox for a receipt from QuillBot—it’s sent to the same email used to purchase Premium.
- Log out of your current session.
- Log in again using the email listed on your purchase receipt.
