How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel your QuillBot Premium subscription at any time. There are two ways to do this—through your Account page or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Cancel via your Account page

1. Go to your Account page by clicking your profile icon (your initial) in the top-right corner of the QuillBot website and selecting Account Details.
   
2. Click on the Your Plan tab.
   
3. Select Cancel subscription.

If you’re eligible for a refund, the system will prompt you with two options:

• Disable renewal (your subscription remains active until the next billing date).
• Cancel immediately and receive a refund.
  

If you choose to receive a refund, our payment processor will initiate the process. You should see a credit or reversal within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Option 2: Contact our support team

You can also cancel your subscription by visiting our Contact Support page and submitting a ticket.
Our support team will review your request and assist you further.
