How do I cancel a premium subscription?

There are two ways to cancel a Premium subscription: by going to your Account page or contacting us directly.

Option 1: Unsubscribing via the Account page

To unsubscribe via the Account page, follow these steps:

1. Click on the button in the top right that has the first initial of the name you use on the account. It will be the furthest button to the right.
2. Select the “Account Details” option in the drop-down list.
3. Under the “Your Plan” tab, click on the “Cancel subscription” button.

Note that if you are eligible for a refund, the system will prompt you and ask if you would like to disable renewal or cancel immediately and receive a refund:

If you choose to receive a refund, our payment processor will initiate the refund process, and you should either have a credit appear or a reversal occur within 7–10 days.

Option 2: Contacting us directly

You may also cancel your subscription by going to the Contact Us page and submitting a support ticket. One of our customer support representatives will assist you further.
