What are QuillBot Team Plans?

Team Plans let you buy QuillBot Premium subscriptions for more than one writer (user) in one purchase (transaction). You will receive a single purchase invoice. To learn more, please click here.

With a QuillBot Team Plan, you can purchase multiple QuillBot Premium subscriptions at the same time at a discount. The more subscriptions you buy, the deeper the discount. This is done on a single transaction, via a major credit card or PayPal.

Each team member gets their own QuillBot Premium subscription. This includes all the benefits of a regular subscription plus extra writing modes, more options, and additional tools.

What types of members does a Team Plan have?

A Team Plan has one owner, who oversees the plan subscription (updating the payment method, viewing the billing history, downloading invoices, and canceling the subscription). The owner can also add or remove writers (AKA people added to the plan).

A Team Plan can have multiple admins, who can also add or remove writers.

And finally, a Team Plan includes a number of writers, who are invited to join the plan by the owner or an admin.

Are there any management features in the Team Plan?

Each Team Plan features a writer-management dashboard to help oversee members. An owner or admin can invite writers to join by entering email addresses in the dashboard individually or in bulk. The dashboard also offers the option to remove members or change the role of an admin or writer. In addition, the dashboard allows an owner to upgrade their plan by purchasing more seats.

The owner can cancel their QuillBot Team Plan at any time. The team’s Premium benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription period but will not be renewed.
