What do the colors on my results mean?

After you paraphrase something, your text is placed in the output box. You may notice that there are a variety of colors that appear, such as in our demo text:

These colors help indicate a variety of changes and selections that relate to other controls.

• Orange-colored words: Words that are in orange are words that have been changed to a synonym, either by the AI or by the user themselves using the drop-down thesaurus. 
• Light blue highlight: The light blue highlight indicates the sentence you currently have selected. This allows you to re-paraphrase the individual sentence instantly by changing the mode or the Synonyms setting, as well as perform a variety of actions using the sentence control bar. You may also change the color of this highlight to yellow by checking the box in the settings drawer.
• Yellow underlined words: The yellow underline shows a part of the text that has had the overall structure modified, such as a rearranged or modified clause. 
• Purple-colored words: These are words you have actively selected in the drop-down thesaurus. Once you select a new word or phrase, it will change to orange.

• Blue-colored words: Blue words are the longest unchanged group of words from your original text. This helps you see what groups of text, if any, remained unchanged after the text was run through Paraphraser.

You can see a brief explanation of these while using Paraphraser by clicking on the legend button, which looks like two colored dots with a line between them. The legend is located in the bottom right of Paraphraser and is circled in the image below:
