Can I change the duration of my Premium plan?

To change the duration of your subscription,  you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Account page. You can access this by clicking on the circle at the top right of our webpage with the first letter of your name, and then clicking on the "Account Details" option.
   
2. Go to the "Your Plan" section. There, you should see a “Change plan” option. Click it.
   
3. From there, you will be shown the available plan options. Choose the one you prefer.
4. Then, you will be shown a confirmation box asking if you want to continue. This will show you how much you will be billed for. Note that you will be billed immediately if you upgrade—this charge is not applied at the end of your current subscription.
5. If you accept, your subscription will now reflect the upgrade.

Currently, we only allow users to switch from a shorter plan (such as monthly) to a longer plan (such as annually). Unfortunately, we are not able to allow users to switch to a shorter plan (such as from annual to monthly). This is due to how our billing cycle is structured.
